TESTIMONIALS

What Participants Say.

"Your group is genuinely one of my favorite things to do. I always leave in a much better mood. Your group makes me feel heard and connected to music and my community. So thank you for always being a kind face to find."

DAVEY L. · GROUP PARTICIPANT

"I have never been one to sit with my feelings. I always used music to drown it all out. But now I am able to process my feelings through music. Thank you for opening my eyes to new and deeper ways of using music as a coping skill."

ELI M. · GROUP PARTICIPANT

"I wanted to tell you that you made a big impact on me and my recovery. To see a musician sober and still doing what they love is inspiring. You reminded me every week how much music means to me."

MARIA M. · GROUP PARTICIPANT

"A note to say thank you and to acknowledge how much of an impact you made on my journey. I have always had a passion for music but in my darkest times, listening to music was hard and sometimes didn’t make me feel anything. The first time I went to your group I was feeling gloomy and negative. That same day, when I left your group, I felt a huge shift, like maybe I wouldn’t feel that way forever."

JODY K. · GROUP PARTICIPANT
